Lee’s children’s kung fu classes are designed to promote health, fitness, manners, discipline and achievement. Kids are taught traditional kung fu routines, weapons and applications, stretching, strength building, self-control and sparring. Hard work and self-discipline are rewarded. Children’s kung fu class nurtures self- confidence, achievement and leadership. It improves fitness, self-defense and stress management and self-awareness skills.
Kids ages 5 to 12 years old can attend kung fu classes 3 times a week.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5 – 6 PM.
